Free for clinicians. 20% on worked shifts.

No subscription, no posting fees and no contract. Facilities pay the rate they post, only when a shift is worked. Covecare keeps 20% and the clinician is paid the rest.

Pricing questions.

Is Covecare really free for clinicians?

Yes. There's nothing to pay to sign up, browse, book or get paid. The rate on a shift is your take-home: Covecare's fee comes out of the facility's rate, not yours.

When is a facility charged?

When you approve a worked shift's timesheet. Your card is charged for that shift, Covecare keeps 20%, and the clinician is paid the rest.

How is this different from an agency?

Agencies usually add a markup you never see. Here you set the rate, see exactly how it splits before you post, and pay only for hours that were worked and approved.

Is there a contract or minimum?

No. Post a shift when you need one. There's no subscription, no minimum spend and nothing to cancel.

Are there any other fees?

No. No posting fees, onboarding fees or cancellation penalties: just 20% of each worked shift.

Only pay for shifts that happen.
