By accessing or using the Covecare platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Covecare reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Covecare is a marketplace connecting healthcare clinicians (nurses, LPNs, CNAs, NPs, PAs) with healthcare facilities. We are not a staffing agency, employer of record, or healthcare provider. We facilitate connections and transactions between independent parties.
Clinicians represent and warrant that: (a) all credentials uploaded are genuine and current; (b) they are legally authorized to practice in the jurisdiction where shifts are performed; (c) they will arrive on time and complete booked shifts; (d) they will not share login credentials or impersonate another clinician.
Facilities represent and warrant that: (a) posted shifts comply with all applicable labor laws; (b) posted hourly rates are genuine and will be honored; (c) they will approve timesheets within 72 hours of submission; (d) they will not discriminate against clinicians on protected characteristics.
Clinicians are paid by facilities through the Covecare platform. Covecare is not responsible for facility non-payment but will assist in dispute resolution. Instant Pay is a service feature subject to payment processor availability. Covecare charges facilities a subscription fee as agreed during onboarding.
Clock-in GPS data is collected solely to verify work location and protect clinician hours. GPS coordinates are stored securely, accessible only to the clinician and the relevant facility, and are never sold to third parties.
Either party may terminate their account at any time. Covecare may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other platform participants.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Covecare's aggregate liability for any claim related to the platform shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the fees paid by you to Covecare in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
