What does it cost?
Nothing. You don't pay to join, book shifts or get paid, and nothing is taken from the rate you see.
Who can join?
Nurses (RN, LPN), CNAs, caregivers and other healthcare roles. Your Clinical Passport shows exactly what your role needs before you can book.
When do I get paid?
When the facility approves your timesheet, your pay is sent to your Stripe account, and Stripe pays it into your bank on its usual schedule. You can follow every payment in Earnings.
Am I an employee?
No. You work as an independent contractor, so you choose your shifts. Covecare keeps your earnings by tax year so your 1099 is easy.
What if I can't make a shift?
Swap it with a coworker or offer it to other clinicians from My Shifts. Facilities set how close to the start a shift can still be swapped.
