Our story
Why Covecare exists.
Covecare was founded by Jessica O Nyarko to solve one of healthcare's most stubborn problems: reliable staffing. Too many clinicians deal with slow pay, the same credential checks over and over, poor communication and little say over the shifts they take.
Facilities, meanwhile, juggle calls, spreadsheets and agency invoices to fill the gaps, and still can't always be sure who's walking through the door or what was actually worked.
Covecare puts both sides in one place: clinicians find shifts near them and see what they'll earn, facilities post shifts and know who's qualified, and every step from credentials to payment is clear.
