What does Covecare cost?
You pay per worked shift, charged when you approve the timesheet. There's no subscription and no contract. Ask for pricing above and our team will walk you through it.
How are clinicians vetted?
Each role has a credential checklist. Documents are reviewed as they're uploaded, licenses are checked by number, and clinicians complete a background check (and fingerprints where the role needs them) before they can book.
Can I choose who works my shifts?
Yes. Use manager approval to review every booking, open shifts to your preferred roster first, or set a minimum CoveScore and required credentials.
What happens if a timesheet looks wrong?
Open a dispute instead of approving it. The clinician is told, and nobody is paid until it's sorted.
How do I pay?
Add a card in Billing. It's charged per approved shift, and every charge is listed with its shift.
