Clocking in on Covecare protects your hours: it shows you were at the facility, and it turns your shift into a timesheet without paperwork.
Clocking in
On the day of your shift, open it from My Shifts (or the card at the bottom of the app) and tap Clock in. The app checks your location against the facility's address. Within about 500 metres, you're clocked in.
If your location can't be confirmed
Buildings, basements and weak signal happen. If the check fails, you can still clock in by giving a reason. The clock-in is marked for the facility to review, so tell them what happened.
Breaks and clocking out
Start and end breaks from the same screen. Everything is saved as you go, so closing the app or restarting your phone won't lose your time. When you clock out, review your timesheet, add a note if you like, and submit it.
If something looks wrong
If an approved or submitted timesheet doesn't match what you worked, use Report an issue on the shift in My Shifts, Past. The facility reviews it before anyone is paid.
